The author, Steve Boreman, is a health care attorney specializing in administrative law and government relations. He practiced for fifteen years as a Deputy Attorney General, with five years on the Executive Staff of the California Attorney General and ten in the Health Quality Enforcement Section. From 2006-08 he served as the Attorney General's Liaison to the California Medical Board and the Osteopathic Medical Board. He has experience as both licensing and enforcement defense counsel for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists and psychologists.
